We have developed MarkAI, an advanced technology designed to automate the brand reputation measuring process. To effectively manage brand reputation, companies, institutions and professionals are increasingly turning to AI tools that enable the effects of their actions to be accurately assessed in real time across different media.

Overview

We have developed MarkAI, an advanced technology designed to automate the brand reputation measuring process.  In the digital age, reputation —also known as brand prestige or perception — has become a key factor in measuring the success of any organisation. The impact and performance of a campaign largely depend on how a company is perceived by its customers, business partners, or by public opinion in general. To effectively manage brand reputation, companies, institutions and professionals are increasingly turning to AI tools that enable the effects of their actions to be accurately assessed in real time across different media.

Challenge

Pre-trained language models based on neural networks have turned out to be particularly good at performing complex cognitive tasks, such as reputation measurement. MarkAI uses Large Language Models (LLM):

  • To extract brand indicators from news items, such as the degree of satisfaction with products or services, leadership and management capacity, or the ability to face future challenges.
  • To interpret these indicators by determining their polarity (positive, negative or neutral) and their causes.
  • To summarise the indicators extracted by grouping together similar news items, automatically analysing the causes behind the ratings, and generating clear summaries of the factors that influence brand reputation. This allows users to swiftly access the most relevant information without having to read each news item in detail.

The Sorland advertising agency and Orai have been collaborating to create an innovative system that combines technology with communication. By using the advanced technology developed by Orai, this collaboration means that Sorland can offer its clients customised solutions that enable them to manage and strengthen their brand reputation.

Result

We have developed an AI tool capable of monitoring the reputation of corporate and institutional brands in real time through digital media: MarkAI.
